Because your funds are held in your own TAG Markets brokerage account (not by Sonic AI or AITech), withdrawals are processed directly through the broker. You do not need permission from the strategy provider to withdraw. This guide covers the withdrawal process, available methods, expected timelines, fees, and how to verify that your withdrawal has been processed.

Crypto withdrawals incur a small blockchain network fee that varies by network (TRC-20 is typically lower than ERC-20). Check the broker's fee schedule for the most current information.
Crypto withdrawals (to Binance or other exchanges)
If you withdraw to a crypto wallet or exchange (such as Binance):
- Select cryptocurrency (usually USDT) as the withdrawal method.
- Choose the correct network — TRC-20 and ERC-20 are the most common. Using the wrong network can result in lost funds.
- Copy your deposit address from the exchange and paste it into the TAG Markets withdrawal form.

This is usually due to a name mismatch between your broker account and your withdrawal destination, or incomplete KYC verification. Ensure your account is fully verified and that the withdrawal destination matches your registered details.
Open positions blocking withdrawal
If you have open trades, the margin requirement may prevent you from withdrawing your full balance. You may need to close positions or wait for them to close before withdrawing the full amount.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Yes. Because funds are in your own brokerage account, you can request a withdrawal at any time. The strategy provider (Sonic AI / AITech) cannot block or delay your withdrawal. If you have open positions, only the free margin (not the margin tied up in trades) is available for withdrawal until those positions are closed.
